Anna Ivey Unplugged

Monday, March 30, 2009 12-2 PM, Room 405

All law school admissions officers face a dilemma. There are things they wish they could tell applicants to make their own lives easier, but they just can’t say, “We spend only about five minutes on each file, so you’d better cut to the chase,”  So they grumble to themselves and keep reading thousands of applications that miss the mark.

What's the best way for your law school application to stand? Come ask Anna Ivey all the questions you've wanted to ask about law school, legal careers, and the admissions process -- no holds barred.

Anna is the former Dean of Admissions at the University of Chicago Law School and a former film finance attorney. She is the author of The Ivey Guide to Law School Admissions as well as The Ivey Files blog.
